We are what we repeatedly do, not what we do for a few weeks.

March? You are joking!

As if two months of the year are already done. I am speechless.

There is something I have been hearing a lot recently and I wanted to address it, yes the fact that January & February are now over… Many people are panicking because they haven’t made the lifestyle progress they wanted.  Things just kept popping up. Sunny days, catch ups, and a few too many drinks…

And do you know what?

Most of our clients are the same. Something we bang on to our team about is that ‘we are what we repeatedly do, not what we do for a few weeks’.

We want to you to get away from is that ‘all or nothing’ approach.  We have all had a bloody tough couple of years… You deserved the time off, you deserved to go and enjoy yourself, don’t beat yourself up.

If you want to lose weight or gain fitness, feel more in control or simply be less stressed, you can. Think about starting today.
So, when you do start, try not to rush in and change everything at once, enjoy making those positive changes in your life. It’s an exciting journey to be on. Yes, it will be difficult at times and yes there will be times you want to give up, but that’s where the support comes in.

Make sure whatever route you go down; your support network needs to be strong.

I am Callum, and I am based in Trafalgar (Victoria) George is based in Cheltenham (United Kingdom). We created C&G Fitness two years ago with the sole purpose of really impacting lives not only physically, but mentally too.

As the world was in and out of lockdown and the anxiety regarding the complete unknown, we were all in survival mode. Our loved ones and the people closest to us were struggling physically as well as psychologically.  Through personal experiences, beliefs, and our own struggles, we believed we could genuinely make a difference…

    Im a 62yr old woman who is overweight, not obese though. My problem is flabby skin in the underarm area. Due to Breast Cancer 12 yrs ago & having all lymph nodes removed in the right armpit, weights is not an option… any advice on reducing the flab?
